This information is for those who are interested in studying abroad and applying for MOE scholarship through HECAS (Round 2) which is open from July 2015.
Entry requirements:
- Brunei citizens (yellow IC).
- Minimum credit C6 in Malay and English 'O' Level.
- Predicted grades (minimum 300 points)
