You can now apply for Scholarship, UBD, ITB and UNISSA through HECAS.
More information can be found at the Scholarship Unit and Higher Education Institution Open Day held at ICC which was launched today. They will be open on Sunday 8-5 as well so please do check it out.
Alternatively click here HECAS PORTAL and check out the entry requirements for each institution. They are all easily downloadable and you can also find all the information in the HEU resource library notice board.
Please take note, you can register for HECAS now if you want BUT PLEASE DO NOT SUMBIT YOUR APPLICATION FIRST.
Once you submit there is no way your choices can ever be changed, EVER. Once it's sent, it's gone. You have until the 28th of February. Three weeks. It's not a first come first served basis so THINK YOUR OPTIONS THROUGH.
Discuss your options with your Higher Education Adviser first. Print it out and make an appointment!

I've tried to access to HECAS just now for like hours, but i could so far only get the section A done! The Section B always failed. I'm here to ask, what should i do?

I want to ask, if i have submitted the application form, what should i do? What if he or she accidentally submitted the application form without knowing that there is table of qualifications in section B that should be seen under it?
Sing Yen - You arent the only one with this problem. We suspect this must be a bug that DST are trying to fix. Be patient and see if they are able to resolve this in the next few days or so.
Noor - Before you submit your form you need to get it checked by your advisers first, just to be sure of your options. If he/she has already submitted without entering the table of qualifications then Im afraid there's nothing I know that can be done at this time. Unless the HECAS people find out and send it back to you again which I cannot confirm though.
Once you have submitted your form, print it out and give HEU a copy for your student file.
Greetings, was there a deadline in finishing the HECAS applications? Because i can't seem to open the website regardless of the many weeks i've been trying to.
